According to ABS, the Anambra State Police Command is currently investigating the mystery surrounding the death of one Mrs. Chinwe Obi and three others in Awka.
Gab Alokwe, reported that the four decomposing bodies of the deceased were discovered in an apartment at Olisa Onyeka Crescent, Commissioners’ Quarters, in Awka.
One of the deceased, Mrs. Chinwe Obi, who was an INEC staff and the occupant of the apartment, was said to have lost her husband on Saturday last week.
Speaking to newsmen at the scene of the incident, the state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hassan Karma, said the cause of the death was yet to be ascertained while the corpses have been deposited in a mortuary for autopsy.
